Privacy

This page explains what this website collects and what we do with it. It is a plain-words summary, and the clinic's own privacy practices for your child's care are explained at the first visit.

What you send us

If you use the message form, we receive your name, email, phone number, how and when you would like us to reach you, your language and your message. We use them to reply to you and to schedule a visit, and for nothing else.

Please do not put medical details in a message. For anything urgent, call us.

What this site does not do

This site has no advertising trackers, no analytics scripts, no pixels and no recording of what you do on a page. It does not sell or rent your information.

Booking and your records

When you choose a time on our scheduling page, you leave this site for the page of the company that runs it, which has its own privacy policy. We keep your child's records private and share them only as the law allows.

Photos and video

We take photos or video of a child only with a parent or guardian's written yes, for one purpose at a time. You can change your mind at any time.
